support@dispatchbud.comThese terms are written for U.S. business customers and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users, content, connected accounts, and anyone using the Services through your workspace.

1. Use the Services lawfully

You may use the Services only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, professional duties, court orders, and third-party rights. You may not use DispatchBud to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory conduct.

2. Protect people and property

You may not use the Services to threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, defame, or cause physical, financial, or reputational harm; to schedule or represent services you are not qualified or authorized to perform; or to create unsafe field conditions. DispatchBud does not verify technicians, licenses, insurance, estimates, code compliance, or workmanship.

3. Messaging and marketing

You must have all legally required permission before sending email, SMS, calls, automated messages, review requests, or advertising. You must accurately identify the sender, honor opt-outs and quiet hours, maintain required consent records, and comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing laws, carrier rules, and provider policies as applicable.

You may not send spam, purchased or scraped lists, deceptive promotions, phishing, malware, unlawful debt-collection messages, or content that violates provider restrictions. You may not evade suppression lists, opt-outs, volume controls, or message filtering.

4. Data and privacy

You may collect, upload, access, use, and disclose personal information only when authorized and legally permitted. Do not upload special-category or highly sensitive data that is not reasonably necessary for home service operations, including government identification numbers, account passwords, private keys, full payment-card data, protected health information, or children’s data without a lawful and approved basis.

You may not access another workspace, impersonate someone, misrepresent consent, or use Customer Data for purposes unrelated to the relevant business relationship.

5. Platform and security abuse

  • Do not probe, scan, penetrate, overload, disrupt, or circumvent security, authentication, rate limits, plan limits, or access controls.
  • Do not introduce malware, destructive code, automated scraping, unauthorized bots, or excessive traffic.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the limited extent a law expressly permits it.
  • Do not share accounts, resell access without authorization, remove proprietary notices, or use the Services to build a competing product.
  • Do not test vulnerabilities on production systems without our prior written authorization.

6. Intellectual property and content

You may not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. You must have the necessary rights to forms, photos, logos, templates, customer records, and communications you place in the Services.

7. Payments and financial activity

You may not use payment features for fraudulent, illegal, sham, or prohibited transactions; card testing; money transmission; cash advances; undisclosed recurring charges; or goods and services unrelated to your stated business. You must obtain valid authorization, provide required disclosures and receipts, handle disputes, and comply with processor and card-network rules.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend delivery, preserve evidence, cooperate with providers or authorities, or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the Services, or third parties. We may apply limits without advance notice in urgent situations. You remain responsible for charges and liabilities incurred before restriction or termination.

9. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to support@dispatchbud.com. Include relevant workspace and message details, but do not send passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive data.
