Our approach
This page describes current design principles, not a certification, warranty, or promise that any system is immune from every threat. Safeguards evolve as the service changes.
Credential handling
Passwords are hashed. Supported integration and gateway credentials are encrypted or handled by the relevant provider.
Data safeguards
We use access controls, service monitoring, backups or recovery measures, and vendors selected to support secure operations.
Your responsibilities: use unique passwords, limit administrator access, remove former team members promptly, protect connected accounts, verify payment and bank instructions outside email, and notify us quickly of suspected compromise.
Report a vulnerability: email support@dispatchbud.com with a description and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service, use social engineering, or publish a suspected issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
